Here is the first WIP of 2018. I have never mixed the colors you see in this one before. I'm not sure how I started out with such pastel looking paint. I think these colors need to be a bit more realistic for my liking. So far it has been fun to play around with mixing and laying on heavier paint than I normally apply. I have always been a bit stingy with the paint while painting several glazes over a base. The next step will be laying in some proper darks and getting rid of most of the hard edges.
